Ulan Oddyn (Norwegian: Rødstjerne), previously known as Redstar, is a municipality, and is located within Terstegnia. It was founded by former minister of intelligence Ryan Fennelly on May 22, and consists of one house. It was incorporated into Nedland on May 22, 2015.
