Rayhansyah Haikal Wishnumurti (born 14 January) is an former Indokistani micronationalist, politician, and businessman. He served as governor of Cussex and as the fourth president of Indokistan. He was also the pioneer of the establishment of the LIR Union in 2012. As a successful businessman, he created Raflesinesia Airlines, which motivated him to create the only private large conglomerate in Indokistan, the Centrino Group.

Rayhan started his micronational career from 14 January 2012 on his 14th birthday, by establishing Raflesinesian Republic, and act as its first and only prime minister. On 2 February 2013, he decided to accepts Indokistani government offer to joined Indokistan, and became active on national politics and economy, successfully made Cussex as an example of economic development inside the country.

He decided to retire from micronational activities on 5 July, and instead focusing on his life as university student.

Early life

Rayhan was born in Semarang and lived in the city for couple of years. Shortly after his birth, his family moved to Banten and lived there for almost four years. He finished his kindergarten school after he moved to West Java. Then, he studied at Cikal Harapan II for 9 years. When he promoted to nine grade, he moved to a housing estate in Depok, West Java, and started his micronational career there.

Micronational career

Raflesinesia era

Rayhan started Republic of Raflesinesia as Little Britain, came up from a British television programme with the same name. At first he made the page, he copied the Indokistan page, ended in misunderstanding and being protested by the government of Indokistan. The conflict ended after he apologized and his explanation was accepted by Indokistani government, he later replaced some of the page lines and added some others. He elected as the Prime Minister of Little Britain, just before the letter of intent came up and Little Britain effectively called Raflesinesia because of the situation. Then on 2 February 2013, Raflesinesia merged with Indokistan and renamed as Cussex Region.

Indokistan era

Rayhan started the friendship with Indokistan pretty badly. However, his unannounced visit to Mustafa Hakim's residence improved the rocky relations. After that, he always been notified for recent events.

Reunification of Raflesinesia to Indokistan has started a new stage of history in Indokistan, especially on friendship relations between him and Mustafa Hakim. He started a new development in Cussex Region and gained influence in national politics, he also put a new standard in Indokistani aviation thanks to state-owned airline developed by himself, Air Centrino

Until his retirement, Rayhan work as Governor of Cussex Region. He also served as chairman for Air Centrino. He also become the candidate for the 2013 presidential election. He replaced Tian Abdurrahman as president on 4 January 2014 after Barakstan departure from Indokistan which made Tian abandoned his presidential position.

He began to experience difficulties on balancing his micronational life in early 2016, causing his frequent absent from National Forum. Initially reluctant on admitting his difficulties, he then showed his intention to end his career in micronational world in June 2016, during the early talks of the dissolution of Indokistan. After declaring that his state Cussex would be dissolved, he finally retired and left micronational activities after 5 July.

Political views

Observers sees him to have an adherence on liberal ideas. Economically, he is a supporter of liberal economy, and proposing a free market economics. He once criticise government process on nationalising companies, saying that that will cause inefficiency and failure, and instead supporting privatisation of government companies.
