The 2021 presidential campaign of Raphaël Olivier was formally launched on 4 December 2020. Following the announcement, candidates Isaiah Burdette and Louis de Blois both dropped out with Burdette endorsing Olivier. On 30 January 2021, Olivier chose Jimmy Foddle, the Secretary of State, as his vice presidential running mate. On 10 March 2021, Foddle was replaced by Tom Mark, the former speaker. On 21 March 2021, Olivier became the Georgienstine First nominee for President of Georgienstine in the 2021 election, having won 92.3% of the vote in the primary. Both were nominated at the Georgienstine First National Convention, on 29 April 2021. On 23 July 2021, Olivier and Mark qualified for the second round, receiving 50.00% of the vote, along with Benjamin Pickles and Saionji Kintsune, who received 33.33%. Olivier and Mark were renominated for the second round with 100.00% of the vote. On 3 August 2021, Olivier and Mark were elected president and vice president of Georgienstine, receiving 57.14% of the vote, in the second round.
Throughout the campaign, Olivier held numerous rallies, many of them designed to target individual political or ethnic groups. Olivier's social conservative views, which distinguished him from the other candidates, made him win support among Europeans and conservative factions of the Socialist Labour Party and the Solidarity Party. His campaign pushed the NMI conspiracy theory which claimed that the New Micronations Internationale would invite foreign supporters to become citizens, on election day, to vote for Pickles. The claims were made by Furkan Altay, Padishah of the Shahdom of Monsaltay, which had already been part of the organization. Altay has since left Georgienstine after being charged with three counts of electoral fraud, in favour of the Salem National Party.
