The Principality of New Eurabba, abbreviated NE, formerly the Racservian Environment of New Eurabba, Flandrensian Ecological County of New Eurabba and Flandrensian Ecological County of Urabba, is a principality of the Racservian Empire and constituent micronation of the Enactorate of Urabbaparcensia Proprietary Limited, encompassing two Urabbaparcensian sites at Urabba Street Reserve, Rankins Springs, and Promachos, Gunbar.

Etymology

New Eurabba was originally known as Urabba, from the foundational site, Urabba Street Reserve in Rankins Springs, and is not to be confused with another constituent micronation known as Urabbaland, from which New Eurabba split, which now serves as the directly governed corporate jurisdiction. The designation as a Flandrensian Ecological County was authorised by the Grand Duchy of Flandrensis. In September 2023, a year after its foundation, Urabba changed its name to New Eurabba, to differentiate itself from “old Urabba”, which is now regarded as the Parish of Eurabba in the County of Bland, which is believed to be the origin of the name of Urabbaparcensia. The short-lived designation as a Racservian Environment is derived from D.J. Racovolis Services Proprietary Limited, known as the Enactorial House of Racservia.

History

On 14 August 2022, the Grand Duchy of Flandrensis announced the creation of the Flandrensian Ecological County of Urabba at Urabba Street Reserve, a property managed by Urabba Parks Proprietary Limited at Rankins Springs.[2] The Treaty on the Establishment of the Flandrensian Ecological County (Sanctuary) of New Eurabba (now the Treaty on the Establishment of the Flandrensian Ecological County (Sanctuary) of New Eurabba) was signed on 18 August 2022 authorising the creation of an ecological sanctuary under the Constitution of the Grand Duchy, while respecting the Traditional Ownership of the Wiradjuri people and the status of Urabba Parks as an Imvrassian Hegemony.[3] The Treaty came into force when the Flandrensian Ecological County of Urabba Act 2022 (now named the Flandrensian Ecological County of Urabba Act 2022) (assented to on 29 August 2022[4]) commenced on 4 September 2022,[5] the 14th anniversary of the foundation of the Grand Duchy of Flandrensis. As a sign of appreciation, Emperor Aggelos made Grand Duke Nicholas the Archon of the Flandrensian Ecological County of Urabba.[6] On 4 September 2023, the first anniversary of the sanctuary's creation, the treaty was amended and New Eurabba was established as a region under the name Flandrensian Ecological County of New Eurabba.[7]

On 3 May 2024 the constituent micronation became officially known as the Racservian Environment of New Eurabba, in honour of the Enactorial House of Racservia (D.J. Racovolis Services Proprietary Limited), the ruling dynasty of Urabbaparcensia.

In November 2024, the country became offially known as the Principality of New Eurabba.

Geography and environment

Since 4 September 2023, New Eurabba encompasses Ward B of Carrathool Shire that borders both the Riverina and Far West regions of New South Wales.[7] Previously, the territory only encompassed the area of Urabba Street Reserve. The effect of the territorial inclusion is that a member of Urabbaparcensia residing in the territory of the region is considered a member by residence of New Eurabba.

Politics and government

Originally a territory, New Eurabba was established as a region of Urabbaparcensia on 4 September 2023. New Eurabba is governed by D.J. Racovolis Services Proprietary Limited, in its capacity as trustee of the Athena Urabbanakis (Racservia) Trust (the Racservian Empire). The constituent micronation is affiliated with the Athena Urabbanakis (Racservia) Trust, trading as the Racservian Empire Athena Urabbanakis Promachos Trust, known as the Urabba Parks Trust.

Despite being designated as a principality, the monarch of Urabbaparcensia or any member of the Urabbaparcensian royal family has the title of the Prince of New Eurabba.
