Raphaël Olivier, the president of Georgienstine, has elicited a variety of public perceptions regarding his policies and performance. He often enjoys high approval ratings as president and has good relations with individuals in other political parties, though he has not always enjoyed a high support rating. The GNC named his Person of the Month in June 2020, July 2020, August 2021, December 2021, February 2022 and July 2022, and as a co-winner in November 2022.

Personal image

Olivier has been referred to as competent and professional and praised by members of Georgienstine First and the opposition parties. Unlike other members of his party, he avoids controversial statements. The president was referred to as a "firebrand conservative" from July 2020 until August 2021. After losses in the August 2021 Georgienstinian congressional election, Olivier took a bipartisan tone. In February 2022, Olivier once again took a more partisan tone, after his bipartisan tone was unsuccessful at winning over new voters and led to the foundation of the Populist Bloc.

He was an avid campaigner during the 2021 Georgienstinian presidential election, participating in several debates, and news interviews and holding several rallies online and in-person. However, in the 2022 Georgienstinian presidential election, Olivier was much more disengaged in the campaign, participating in one debate and holding no events. This has been attributed to his large lead in opinion polling and predictions.
