The Provisional Burke Cabinet was a caretaker cabinet formed by First Secretary Culann Burke. The cabinet formed after the missing of the inauguration of Doros Patusky by Flannery himself. On 19 March 2022, both incumbent President and Vice President Thomas Jacobs and Flannery’s terms ended, and Burke took power as the Acting President soon after being sworn-in by the Chief Justice. Thomas Jacobs would then be appointed Vice President on the 21st that month. The cabinet dissolved after a successful military coup by Jan Kotoński removed Acting President Burke. Kotoński would then take office as Provisional President.
