The Progressive Movement (or Pro.Mov.) was created by Stäefan Dör, the former Head of the Politburo of the State. After he got deleted from the Party of the Estanian Communist Front, the very next day he started the preparations for the creation of his new party. Three members were found (all of them are representatives in the Kinliäntat), a logo was designed and a Party Program was issued.
