The Chairman of the Council of Ministers or Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Aspen is the head of government of the Kingdom of Aspen. The Prime Minister is responsible to the National Assembly and presides over the Council of Ministers. The Prime Minister is proposed by the monarch and confirmed by the National Assembly. Although not explicitly part of the Instrument of Government, The Prime Minister is usually a member of the National Assembly, and must secure the confidence of the assembly to remain in office.
