The Premier, officially the Premier of the State of Starbuck Island, is the head of state and government of the State of Starbuck Island, a federated state of the Federal Republic of Bannin. Under the assembly-independent system Starbuck Island follows, they are elected by the State Legislature for a term of one year, renewable infinitely.
