Named for Mike Phyle, this small town in Lasteria became the center of the space program of the United Imperium in the spring of 2000. Using liquid hydrogen/oxygen fuel recovered from seawater, the UI launched a series of satellites comprising the NETT Satelite System as well as various spy satellites and communications links.
The planned moon mission was scrapped due to political troubles in June 2000.
