People’s Roscam is a formerly inactive state located on the Island of Ireland, and was founded by the first and incumbent President, Thomas Jacobs as a joke in May 2015, eventually forgetting about it in July 2015, only rediscovering it on 3 March 2022. It is a socialist (as in, people who are extremely social) state, under a presidential system. It existed on a small piece of a field near what is now Raymond Jacobs Park. It is considered by some as the predecessor to the Republic of Roscamistan.
