Paxlandic Law Book

The Paxlandic Law Book is like the constitution of the Kingdom of Paxland, except it only has laws deemed needed members of the current Paxlandic Royal Family. It was created on May 27, 2018, by King Cooper Narceus and Prince Axel Narceus.

Preamble

On May 27, 2018, this Law Book was created. Its meaning is to provide laws to citizens of the Kingdom of Paxland, telling them what they can and cannot do. This Law Book can and will be updated by the King, and other royal family members if they have permission, any time. Laws can be updated, edited, created or removed from this book by the King of the Kingdom of Paxland.

Law I- Royal Family

I.1- Kings control the entire Kingdom when they are alive.

I.2- When the King dies, the Queen of the Kingdom becomes the sole ruler of the Kingdom.

I.3 If the King and Queen both die, the eldest Prince or Princess, with their wedded, will become King or Queen and rule the Kingdom.

Law II- Law Editing

I.1- The King or Queen, whoever is ruling at that time, can change laws and create laws at any time they want.

II.2- Princes and Princesses of any generation can change laws in the Kingdom only if they have a written decree of permission signed by the King of the Kingdom giving them permission to change laws.

II.3- The King will be in charge of keeping the Law Book safe from any un- authorized citizens who want to put a law in the book.

Law III Freedom of Speech, Gender, Species, Race, Color, Disabilities, and Press

III.1- Citizens of the Kingdom of Paxland have the freedom to say what ever they want to other people, the king, and other royal family members without being discriminated or punished in any way.

III.2- Citizens of the Kingdom of Paxland have the freedom to identify as any gender they want and will not be discriminated by it.

III.3- Citizens of the Kingdom of Paxland will not be discriminated by their species, race, color, or disabilities.

III.4- All news platforms can provide what ever news they want to their customers.

Law IV- Gay and Lesbian Rights

IV.1- All Gay and Lesbian citizens have the same rights as any other citizen.

IV.2- Gay and Lesbian citizens will not be discriminated because of their lifestyle.

IV.3- Gay and Lesbian citizens can get married to each other if they would like to at any time.

Law V- Health Bans

V.1- Alcohol, Cigarettes, E- Cigarettes, Cigars, Cocaine, and Methamphetamine are banned from the Kingdom of Paxland due to those items being a risk of health to all citizens.

V.2- If citizens of the Kingdom of Paxland are found with these items, they will go into rehabilitation for an amount of time chosen by the current King. If a person is using any of the items and they are not from the Kingdom of Paxland, they will be turned in to the police of the country they are from, but this only applies to Cocaine and Methamphetamine. If they have Alcohol, Cigarettes, E- Cigarettes, or Cigars, it will be chosen by the King if they are removed from the nation or charged with a fine.

V.3- If citizens are found selling any of the items, they will be put into to jail for 2 weeks while Police Officers figure out why they were selling any of the items above and find a way to help them. If a person is selling any of the items and they are not a citizen of the Kingdom of Paxland, they will be turned in to the police of the country they are from, but this only applies to Cocaine and Methamphetamine. If they have Alcohol, Cigarettes, E- Cigarettes, or Cigars, it will be chosen by the King if they are removed from the nation or charged with a fine.

Law VI- Citizenship Rights and Obtainment

VI.1- Citizens of the Kingdom of Paxland can resign their citizenship whenever they feel they want to. When they want to resign their citizenship, they must notify the Department of Immigration 10 days before you resign your citizenship. This notification can be called off at any time by the citizen trying to resign their citizenship.

VI.2- People who would like to become citizens of the Kingdom of Paxland will have to fill out a simple citizenship form provided by the Department of Immigration. They must fill out the form correctly and give it to the King or Queen. He will review the citizenship form and decide if the person will become a citizen.

Law VII- Health Insurance with Mental Health Requirements

VII.1- All Health Insurance companies located in the Kingdom of Paxland must provide all citizens who have mental health diseases with the care that they need.

VII.2- All Health Insurance companies located in the Kingdom of Paxland must pay for 75% of the cost of therapy or treatment of the citizen who has a mental health disease.

VII.3- If the citizen is under the poverty line, they shall receive free therapy or treatment.

VII.4- Any Health Insurance Company located in the Kingdom of Paxland is prohibited from denying service to any mentally ill citizen unless there are clear signs that they are faking their actions.

Law VIII- Graffiti Areas

VIII.1- Graffiti is legal on the Northern Wall and Eastern Wall in the Mainland of the Kingdom of Paxland and citizens of the Kingdom of Paxland, along with non- citizens, will not be charged or arrested because they made graffiti.

VIII.2- Graffiti cannot be removed by any citizen of the Kingdom of Paxland or any non- citizen.

The Law Book is kept in New North Fort, the Province of Athland on King Cooper Narceus' throne.
