Palmistanic Republic
The Palmistanic State, commonly known as Palmistan, was a micronation located in the southern Italy founded on 15 December 2019 and dissolved on 27 august 2021.

History
On 15 December 2019 the Palmistanic President Salvatore gave a speech in which he declared the independence from Italy And as a result, the birth of the Republic. After the speech, the anthem was played and was shown the new flag.
On January 2020 Salvatore wrote the first constitution, but in April it was replaced from an another constitution in force until today.
On May 2020 a new territory joined to the country.
On october 24th 2020 the President and the Minister of the Health signed a decree called "Quarantine decree", so Salvatore gave a new speech in which he said:
"Good evening Palmistanic people and world's inhabitants. Today 24th october 2020, I've signed the new decree, also signed by the Minister of the Health, that limits the spread of COVID-19. We don't have any case of coronavirus, but in the last months we have adapted to the security measures made by the Italian Republic and the Campania region. But Campania, the region that shares the border with us, is the first in Italy by coronavirus cases. They made some security measures, but we made some more restricted ones: People must keep 2 meters of distance and must put their masks on. They can go outside the country only for buying basic necessities things, for work or for health. Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Buying food from internet is NOT prohibited.This decree will take effect from the 26th October 2020 and will be in force for 20 days.That's all. May the Kolovrat bless Palmistan and may it help us defeating this horrible virus. Goodbye." The "Quarantine decree" was extended for another 18 days.
On the 29th Dicember 2020 a small part of the Nation was voluntarily ceded to Italy and one day later the presidential republic became a hereditary monarchy by some changes to the constitution.
On the 27th August 2021, the country was officialy dissolved.
Government
Palmistan was a hereditary monarchy, like the 7th article of the Palmistanic Constitution said:
" The President has large powers: He is the Army's General, he deals with foreign policy and defence. He is the head of the Palmistanic National Bank He is the head of the Palmistani National Bank in and He is the President for life or until he abdicates, after which his/her eldest son/daughter takes power. If he hasn't any children, Elections are held and the candidate who takes more votes wins (The candidates must be of Palmistanic nationality, and they must be more than one, if is one candidate, this immediatly goes to power). The President cannot limit the natural rights of the human being and if he does, the people has the right to protest for the freedom. The President also represents the country in state visits."
The 8th article emphasized even more the freedom that was in Palmistan:
" In the Palmistanic land is not allowed any form of dictatorship that limits the freedom of the human being. Only in case of emergency he can make 'dictatorial' laws, but the freedom of speech must be always allowed."
