The Order of Royal is a State order founded in Babougrad by Babou Chkaya in 2016, to rewards individuals who contribute to the protection of the environment.
Origin
The order is named in honor of Ségolène Royal, who was a French is a French politician. She served as Minister for Ecology from 2014 to 2017 and was one of the organizer of the of the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference in France
