The October 2021 Georgienstinian gubernatorial elections were held on 10-11 and 31 October-1 November 2021. They were held in Augustine, as a special election was held due to the September 2021 gubernatorial election in the state being reported and Qaucasia. Gubernatorial races in Drayton and Georgopol were reported.
The election resulted in a Georgienstine First victory. The party gained Augustine after incumbent New Progressive governor Eugenia Latoya faced criticism over inactivity and her political positions.
