The Non-Sovereign Jurisdiction, or officially the Non-Sovereign Jurisdiction of the Marxist People's Republic of Burkland, is a piece of land under United States sovereignty which Burkland claims is jurisdiction over but acknowledges it does not have sovereignty over. As with such, it is not Burklandi territory officially despite claiming indirect jurisdiction. The Burklandi government wishes to gain sovereignty over the land. Although claiming land inside a general area, it only claims land it recognizes as under United States sovereignty as part of the Non-Sovereign Jurisdiction.
