The commonly related to as NFO was founded on February 1, 2016. We are dedicated to micro nations and want-to-be independent nations. Tournaments will alternate between club and national every year.

Points
- First place of any tournament will get 6 points.
- Second place of any tournament will get 5 points.
- Third place of any tournament will get 4 points.
- All teams that pass the group stage of any tournament will get 3 points.
- All teams that pass the qualifying round of any tournament will receive 2 points.
- All teams that enter any tournament will receive 1 point.
