New Kingdom of Valeria

The Kingdom of Valeria, more commonly known as simply Valeria, is a micronation consisting of multiple non-contiguous pieces of land, with its mainland located within Saskatchewan, Canada, where the Royal House St. Dennis is. Founded on 14 February 2021, Valeria has a surface area of 93.79 acres and a population of 16 full citizens, 15 of whom are territorial citizens. The Kingdom's form of government is an absolute monarchy, defined by the Declaration of Independence; it was solely based on a monarchy as it is the most common government system within micronationalism. The current King of Valeria is His Majesty, Tye I, who has ruled Valeria since its foundation. The mainland consists of two cities—the capital and most populous Bower, and Calavantra—and two towns, Cowamari, and Brightstone. Valeria is landlocked by Canada.

The Kingdom's total size has increased throughout its history, starting out with 10.19 acres. It declared independence from the Canadian Province of Canada on 14 February 2021, and the letter was sent to the Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, on 15 February 2021. Valeria wrote its current constitution on 4 February 2021. His Majesty, King Tye I, has been set for coronation on March 16, 2021.

Etymology

The country's name "Valeria" comes from the Greek root word "Vale" which means strength and worth, as well as the Latin name "Valeria" which means strength.

History

The history of the Kingdom of Valeria is one that so far isn't quite as extensive as other micronations. It was founded February 14, 2021 by its current King, King Tye I of Royal House St. Dennis. It can be summed up in three distinct periods: The Creation (before 14/02/2021), The Founding (14/02/2021), The Proceedings (14/02/2021-Now).

Geography

The total surface area of the Kingdom of Valeria is approximately 0.38 km2 (93.79 Acres).

Most of the Kingdom is residences and empty grassland and farmland. Land in the Kingdom is very flat and has no distinctive natural features.

Titles

High King-

Only a King, however the holder of this title is only able to be held by the founder of the Kingdom of Valeria, His Majesty, King Tye I of Royal House St. Dennis.

Head of the Government, The Kingdom of Valeria, and it's people. Cannot be arrested within the Kingdom, for any reason, and is fully exempt from law. Still referred to as a King, this title is NOT to be used.

High Queen-

The wife of the High King, has the power of a Queen. Can NOT be arrested without express permission from the High King Still referred to as a Queen, this title is NOT to be used.

King-

Head of the Government, The Kingdom of Valeria, and it's people. Cannot be arrested within the Kingdom without a majority vote of the Nobles. Wife is a Queen Consort.

Queen-

Head of the Government, The Kingdom of Valeria, and it's people. Cannot be arrested within the Kingdom without a majority vote of the Nobles. Husband is a Grand Prince Consort.

Grand Prince-

Only a Prince, however the holder of this title is only able to be held by the first born Son of King Tye I. Head of a Principality, Cannot be arrested within the Kingdom without the express permission from King Tye I. May use this title. Wife is a Princess.

Grand Princess-

Only a Princess, however the holder of this title is only able to be held by the first born Daughter of King Tye I, or the Wife of the Grand Prince. Head of a Principality, Cannot be arrested within the Kingdom without the express permission from King Tye I. May use this title. Husband is a Grand Prince Consort.

Grand Prince Consort-

Husband of a Grand Princess, or Queen. Has the legal power of a Duke. Cannot be arrested within the Kingdom without the express permission from King Tye I. May Use this Title.

Prince-

Head of a Principality, first born Son to the King and Queen. Cannot be arrested within the Kingdom without the express consent of the Reigning Monarch. Wife is a Princess Consort.

Princess-

Head of a Principality, first born Daughter to the King and Queen. Cannot be arrested within the Kingdom without the express consent of the Reigning Monarch. Husband is a Prince Consort

Prince Consort-

Wife is a Princess. Has NO legal power. Cannot be arrested within the Kingdom without the express consent of the Reigning Monarch.

Archduke-

Husband of a Grand Duchess. Has NO legal power. Cannot be arrested within the Kingdom without express permission from King Tye I. May use this Title.

Duke-

Head of a Duchy (Province). Cannot be arrested within the Kingdom without express consent from the Reigning Monarch. Wife is a Duchess Consort.

Duchess-

Head of a Duchy (Province). Cannot be arrested within the Kingdom without express consent from the Reigning Monarch. Husband is a Duke Consort.

Duke Consort-
