The New Arstotzkan Empire is a fascist and ultra-nationalist version of the Arstotzkan Union. Rising out of an absence of Union sovereignty and an extremely weakened Arstotzkan Federal Government. On December 5th 2027 the New Arstotzkan Empire created the Imperial Defense Legion and lead a brutal coup and takeover of the Arstotzkan Union Proper and surrounding Tauranga Boys' College. This being one of the most deadly attacks committed by a micronation in history. In response to the attacks, former New Zealand Prime Minister Ethan Brinkman and other members of the Arstotzkan Union created the Arstotzkan Congressional Guard, a branch of the larger Arstotzkan Union Defense Forces.
