Islamic Republic of Navynesia
The Islamic Republic of Navynesia (Urdu: اسلامی جمھوریہ نیوینیسیہ), mostly referred to as Navynesia (Urdu: نیوینیسیہ) is a micronation. It was founded on 18 January 2019. Navynesia consists of one province, New Navynesia which is the main capital province.

The Islamic Republic of Navynesia's territory is entirely enclosed by the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and is present on the Asian continent. Navynesia is entirely land-locked. The micronation hasn't shifted from its Navynesian National Ideology since its creation in 2019.
Navynesian history has been plagued with periods of inactivity and intergovernmental tensions leading to the independence of Bloobriéo.
Etymology
At the time of creation, Navynesia was known as "Parkslandia" until it was renamed to "Navynesia And Verrtikel Yeastte" about 15 days later due to the expansion of their territory. It was named this way to form the acronym "NAVY" after their occupied territory (Navy Heights, a Pakistani Navy complex for Navy officers).
In July 2022, the name of the micronation changed to the "Islamic Republic of Navynesia" after the previous territory of Navynesia was considered to be "Unoccupied" due to the difficulties in administrating Navy Heights.

History
Before Creation
In July 2017, the current leader of Navynesia created a small bedroom state micronation while visiting a guest's house. It had a area of 4 m^2 and lasted only for 5 minutes before being destroyed. This served as the beginning of the ideology which led to the creation of Navynesia.
Creation
On 2nd January of 2019, Mahd and Muhammad Ali were walking around in Navy Heights when they heard a bunch of kids arguing over a pile of sand (now known as Mount Piasek) and decided to help them. Upon arrival, they found out that the boys wanted the entire "mountain" as it was their area while the girls argued that the "mountain" belongs to them.
Both Mahd and Muhammad decided to split the "mountain" in half, half for boys and half for girls. Due to everyone's satisfaction to this decision, Mahd and Muhammad decided that it will be easy to do this to the land as well. After 16 days of thinking about the boundaries for their micronation, they officially created the micronation of "Parkslandia".
The territory consisted only of 4 public parks within Navy Heights until it was expanded to the entirety of Navy Heights.
Early Government
The first Navynesian government only consisted of one rank, the President. Since both Mahd and Muhammad had created the micronation, they both became the president. Navynesia was an example of a bipresidental government.
2019-2020 era (a.k.a The era of independence)
From the 1st February 2019 till 29th February 2020 was known as the era of independence and freedom for Navynesia. Navynesia got electricity from within the borders, imported water from the nearby Pakistani territory and increased in popularity. The school within the micronation was used as the main source of education with the capital of the micronation being right next to the school. It also occupied the nearby supermarket so the citizens could access imported goods within the micronation. Many citizens within the micronation considered Navynesia to be completed.
Mahd Empire (2020)
During the year of 2020, the president, Mahd Ali, decided to create his own empire after being inspired by the Mughal Empire. His main goal was to invade the entirety of Karachi. The empire was supposed to start invading the nearby Karachi territory by 2022 and were expecting to fulfill their goal by 2029. Unfortunately, this empire was never actually formed and the plans for the empire were destroyed in 2022.
Period of Inactivity (2020-2021)
The time period from 2020 till the end of 2021 was known as "The Period of Inactivity" as no new laws were made nor anything else had happened within the micronation.
Change of Location (2022)
At the start of 2022, both the presidents moved from Karachi to a small town in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa named "Bannu" and were forced to leave their territory behind.
As soon as they came to Bannu, they claimed the entire cantonment as a part of Navynesia alongside claiming their original territory.
July talks
In July, the presidents found the plans of "Mahd Empire" and after a brief talk, both of them decided to destroy any evidence of "Mahd Empire" and their previous territory. It was removed from all the official maps of the micronation.
On 14th July 2022, the constitution of the micronation was developed. The following are some salient features of the constitution:
1. Navynesia is renamed to the "Islamic Republic of Navynesia".
2. Navynesia officially considers itself as a sovereign micronation, not a country.
3. The following national symbols were made official:
a. National Flower: Sunflower
b. National Fruit: Mango
c. National Anthem: "National Anthem"
Muhammad Ali, the second president, didn't like most of the national symbols but begrudgingly agreed.
Era of Power (2022)
From July till December of 2022 was known as the "Era of Power" as Navynesia had the most power it ever had. Its area was 10x larger than it is today and had a population of around a thousand. It had a hospital, a few schools, large urban and rural areas, along with other things. It was the most powerful micronation in the country.
The Treaty of Area (2022)
On 11th December 2022, Muhammad Ali argued with Mahd that the area that they ruled wasn't really theirs and that they should only occupy private land or land where there's no permanent population. He then signed a treaty called "The Treaty of Area" with Mahd and decreased the area of Navynesia to only 11m^2, weakening it till the point where it didn't have a permanent population anymore.
Independence of Bloobriéo
After weakening it so much, Muhammad Ali declared independence from Navynesia on 15th December 2022 and created a nanonation now known as Bloobriéo. There was nothing Navynesia was able to do.
After getting independence, Bloobriéo decided to do a war with Navynesia. The reason was because Bloobriéo hated Navynesia due to the constitution they were forced to accept in July, which was totally against Muhammad.
On 20th December 2022, Bloobriéo attacked the small headquarters of Navynesia. Navynesia defended itself but didn't attack Bloobriéo until 9th January.
On 11th January, Navynesia declared the conflict to be over, but Bloobriéo refused, only ending the conflict on 28th February.
On 2nd January 2023, Navynesia decided to occupy more land to expand its territory. It followed the rules set up by "The Treaty of Area" and created Faniiland in Bannu, and then later New Navynesia in Lahore.
Local War (2023)
On 1st March 2023, Navynesia helped Officeristan, a nearby micronation that is an ally of both Navynesia and Bloobriéo, in war against some local kids.
The leader of Officeristan was walking to a small house that was known to be haunted with Mahd and Muhammad and some other citizens of his micronation when they were all attacked using rocks by the locals.
The micronationalists defended themselves, quickly returned to base and decided to take their revenge on the kids by attacking them in return and invade their territory. After collecting some rocks to throw, the war began.
For thirty continuous minutes, both sides fought heavily in the rain. Rocks were raining everywhere.
After 42 minutes of war, both sides did a peace treaty and then retreated.
On 21st March 2023, at 9:47 p.m, a 6.8 magnitude earthquake was detected in the micronation. It is thought to come from Afghanistan and affected the country, Pakistan, India and the micronations near Navynesia. So far, there have been no casualties reported in the micronation.
Leaving of Territories (2023)
In November 2023, the territories collectively known as Faniiland were handed back to Pakistan. This was finalized in December 2023. The only territories left are of New Navynesia.
Claim of Territories (2024)
Both Navynesia and Bloobriéo have made an agreement in May 2024 to not claim any more unnecessary territory. This agreement was necessary to prevent more territorial problems when leaving said territories.
Territorial Claims
The only territorial claims of Navynesia are of New Navynesia. New Navynesia has three districts that are called "cities":
Easima City
Easima City is a city of New Navynesia and only has the population of 4 citizens. It is the farther than any other area of Navynesia. It has an area of 219 m^2 and a perimeter of 63 metres.
Abode City
Abode City is a city in New Navynesia and is the smallest city of New Navynesia. It has a population of 12 citizens. It has an area of 176 m^2 and a perimeter of 53 metres.
New Abode City
New Abode City is the largest city of New Navynesia. It has an area of 438 m^2 and a perimeter of 88 metres. It also has the largest population in New Navynesia with a population of 19 citizens.
Geography
New Navynesia is entirely urbanized but has a simple plain in New Abode City.
New Navynesia also has a semi-arid climate. The hottest month is June where temperatures routinely exceed 45 °C (113 °F). The monsoon season starts in late July, and the wettest months are July and August, with heavy rainfalls and evening thunderstorms with the possibility of cloudbursts and flash floods. The coolest month is January with dense fog.

Government and Politics
Early Government (2019-2022)
The first Navynesian government only consisted of one rank, the President. Since both Mahd and Muhammad had created the micronation, they both became the president. Navynesia was an example of a bipresidental republic.
The Constitution (2022)
The Constitution of Navynesia was developed in July 2022. It promises freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of religion, equality to all inhabitants of the micronation and safety and security etc.
Current Government (2022-present)
After the independence of Bloobriéo, Navynesia's government changed from bipresidental republic to dictatorship due to the fact that Mahd Ali never wants to leave the office.
To still keep its name as a republic, Navynesia has announced that elections for the city of New Navynesia will occur by 2024. There are no announcement for Faniiland elections.
The Navynesian National Assembly is the national assembly that is responsible for making sure that all the laws of Navynesia are being followed. It has 3 members.

Laws
Navynesia has a lot of laws, many of which are very weird. Despite this, all the laws are followed and supervised.
Police Force
Navynesia doesn't have a police force due to the fact that it is 100% safe. Most of Navynesia's land is uninhabited while the rest is under direct control of the president Mahd and the provincial governors.
Crime
Crime in Navynesia is almost non-existent due to the fact the Navynesia has a 0% crime rate despite having no police anywhere in the micronation.
Military
Navynesia's military can only be described as Prosorine (meaning its military doesn't exist until it is needed in battle) in nature. The president has confirmed that this is because Navynesia is a very peaceful micronation and will not actively involve itself in any wars or conflicts except when it is defending itself or its allies.
The general of the military is a friend of the president.
Foreign Relations
Due to Navynesia's new appearance on the Internet, it doesn't have any foreign relations with other micronations (except for two local ones) but plans to befriend Asian micronations in the future.
It also has very good relations with its macronation, Pakistan and celebrates all the holidays of Pakistan. Navynesia's national anthem itself is the instrumental version of the Pakistani National Anthem.

Economy
Navynesia has a pretty good and stable economy. It has access to food and water, both of which are usually imported from Pakistan, along with access to electricity, gas and internet. Navynesia is agricultural but also urban.
Imports
Navynesia imports mostly everything from nearby Pakistani territory such as food, water etc. It imports more than it exports.
Exports
The main export is budgerigars. New Navynesia exports the most budgerigars, along with other types of parrots. New Abode City is the main headquarters of this business.

Population
The total population of Navynesia is 35, with all being residents.
Gender Ratio
The gender ratio of Navynesia is 17 females to 18 males, making Navynesia a perfect equality.
Languages
Almost everyone in Navynesia speaks Urdu while English is the second main language. Punjabi is also a very popular language mostly spoken in the capital province. Only 2.35% of the reported population can speak German.
Literacy
Navynesia has a literacy rate of 100% despite not having any educational institutions within the borders of the micronation.
Religion
Navynesia is a Muslim micronation with a 100% of the population following Islam.
Citizenship
Citizenship
Anyone in the world can become a Navynesian citizen online via the Internet by filling out the Navynesian Citizenship Form which is due to be available by June 2023. This, however, has been postponed to June 2025.
Residentship
Residentship is the right of an inhabitant of Navynesia that hasn't got their citizenship yet.
Difference between Residents and Citizens
The difference between a resident and a citizen in Navynesia is that a citizen is an inhabitant (or an active digital non-inhabitant) that has citizenship of Navynesia and mostly live in New Navynesia while a resident doesn't have any citizenship but still is an inhabitant of the micronation.
Tourism
Due to the fact that Navynesia is only recently active online, it has almost no international or intermicronational tourism other than the people of Pakistan, the country Navynesia in enclaved in. To access New Navynesia, you need a NBAF (Navynesian Border Access Form).
The Navynesian Border Access Form,or the NBAF, is required for non-citizens when crossing the border of the capital city, New Navynesia. Exceptions are to be made for those non-citizens who are family members or close friends of the President.

The national fruit of Navynesia is Mango. It is usually imported from Pakistan.

The national flower of Navynesia is Sunflower, found on the borders of Dasht e Imkan.

The national sport of Navynesia is badminton which is played in Badminton Courts.

The national flag of Navynesia has the colours of Navynesian Blue (#2265DD) and Navynesian Green (#2DB817). The blue book in the center of the flag represents knowledge and the stars show the importance of it.

Navynesia doesn't have any Coats of Arms at the moment.

The national colours of Navynesia are Royal Blue (#2265DD) which represents the Navy and the blue skies over Navynesia, Kelly Green (#2DB817) which represents Islam and prosperity of the micronation and White which represents purity of the micronation. These colours are also present on the flag.

The national anthem, نیوینیسیہ زندہ باد , is just the instrumental version of the Pakistani National Anthem.

Alongside these holidays, Navynesia also celebrates all Pakistani holidays, all Islamic and religious holidays and the entire month of Ramadan is declared as a holiday.
National Currency
The national currency of Navynesia is the Navynesian Rupee (NVR). Since there is no shops or a national bank within Navynesia, the currency is not in use.
There are two exchange rates for Navynesian Rupee:
- 1 NVR=100 PKR
This exchange rate is used for the exchange of Pakistani rupees.
- 1 NVR=0.5 USD
This exchange rate is used for the exchange of any currency that is not Pakistani rupees.
Despite Navynesia having an official currency, Pakistani Rupees is still used as the main currency within the nation.
