The Natalyre Empire is a constitutional monarchy where the reigning Monarch holds a significant amount of political power, though it does have a parliament where the members suggest new laws, policies, etc. and vote on them. The reigning Monarch always has the final say in any and all decisions as long as it does not contradict the Constitution.
The monarch changes when the reigning Monarch either dies, resigns, and/or is unable to rule. After this happens, a list of people the Monarch chose before their death will be voted on by the cabinet to become the next ruling Monarch. This list is kept by the Monarch's right hand man who is also personally chosen by the Monarchs.
Eltiwa was founded on the remains of Pathosia where it dissolved because of lack of participation from the members and so Natalius decided to found Natalyre on its remains as a Constitutional Monarchy where the head of state is not as restricted.
Prime Minister Election
Every 2 years, an election will be held to see who the nest Prime Minister will be. This election is held in mid-January and anyone can sign-up to be a candidate. The candidates will have until mid-February to campaign. After the campaigning period is over, there will be a 1 week voting timeframe where all government activities will be stopped until the voting is done.
Parliament Members Election
At the 15th of each month, the government will open sign-ups to run for Parliament where the candidates have to write their basic information and if they're going to run in a party or as an individual. If they are running in a party, they will have to state which one. Sign-ups will close on the 20th. As soon as sign-ups end, these candidates can start campaigning until the 29th. On the last days of the month, people that are in the state can vote for who they think would make the best Parliament Member(s).
Forced Monarch Resignation
In the case that a monarch is not wanted anymore, parliament can hold a survey where every state holds it's own vote, then they send a representative to the capitol. Once over 80% of the states are done voting and their representatives are ready, they will be asked if the current Monarch should be taken down according to the majority in their state. If over 2/3 say that the Monarch should be overthrown, the Monarch is replaced with someone from the royal family that parliament chooses. This process cannot be intervened by the Monarch being overthrown. The amount of representative each state gets is log(Population)*5
Flag Meaning
The red represents the past struggles this nation and it's predecessors has had. The blue in the flag symbolizes the nation's hope for serenity and liberty for everyone. White signifies the hope for peace as no nation benefits from warfare. The chevron on the left shows that even through all the struggles the nation has gone through, it keeps progressing forward.

Tikei Island is located in the Pacific Ocean at 14°57′S 144°33′W. Tikei was claimed by The Natalyre Empire on September 16, 2021. As no other body or individual has claimed this island yet, Tikei Island is exclusively Natalyre Empire property.
