The Federal Ministry of National Defense (German: Bundesministerium für Landesverteidigung or colloquially, Verteidigungsministerium) is the cabinet-level ministry responsible for the security and protection of the Kingdom of Atovia from outside threats. The ministry is responsible for the equipment and structure of the armed forces.

The ministry was established at the foundation of the Kingdom on 5 May 2017. It is considered a critical ministry due to its importance to the safety of the nation. The incumbent minister is Connor Stumperth I, who took office on 21 May 2018.
