The Minister of Justice is the member of the Parliament of Hashima who is in charge of the Ministry of Justice.
The Minister of Justice is elected by the subjects of the Principality of Hashima in a General Election. Its office lasts for 3 years, but can be stopped early if the Prince and the Princess of Hashima decide to remove the Ministry of Justice from its office.
Citizens that are members of the Nationalist Party of Hashima can also being candidate for become the new Minister of Justice; the minimum age for can be a candidate is 25 years old.

Constitutional role
The Minister of Justice has the duty of develop the national policies about the justice in the Principality of Hashima.
The Minister of Justice is also responsible for organize the justice system, overseeing the public prosecutor and maintaining the legal system and public order. It have also additional responsibilities in related policy areas, like overseeing elections, participating in national and international treaties, prosecution and sentencing.
