The Minister of European and African Affairs is a minister in the cabinet of the Cupertino Alliance who is responsible for working with member states which are located in Europe and Africa to optimize time and other affairs and host auxillary or regional sessions related to the region. The minister is the head of the Ministry of European and African Affairs. Ștefan Marius Snagoveanu was appointed as the Minister of European and African Affairs on 15 August 2021 by Chair Varuna Sriraya. The first Minister of European and African Affairs was Sertor Valentinus who was appointed on 29 June 2020.
The Minister of European and African Affairs is occasionally assisted by a Deputy Minister of European and African Affairs who acts as a deputy and discharges the functions of the Minister in case of their absence, leave or resignation from office.
