Deleting Old Pages

Nation page
Hello! I understood about four days ago that I was required to wait four days and make at least ten edits on MicroWiki before I could edit the News page. I waited, and I went out to create a nation page today, but it kept me in "Draft." So, I went and made ten edits, received the notification for making ten edits, but I still wasn't allowed to edit the "more news" section of the main page. It said there were a number of edits I had to surpass, but it clearly isn't ten.
