The May 2020 Benjastanian Senatorial Election was part of a snap legislative election called by President Ben Olson to fill the empty legislature following the dissolution of the People's National Congress. The election was held simultaneously with the May 2020 Benjastanian parliamentary election, on 28 May 2020.

The election resulted in a landslide victory for the Workers' Party, with the party winning over 70% of the vote. Due to an unrelated circumstance, the citizenship of ICP was revoked shortly before polls closed. Crispin Speakman then became the new party leader and candidate for Senate in Bathemia.
