Lieutenant Tan Sri Dato Sri Manggala Alif Prasetia SUVB, SUBB, DPBM, DURD, DUMV, DUU, DPMM, DPPK, DPMV, DSMP, RSP, CSP, MP is an Indonesian micronationalist and a Vishwamitran politician, diplomat, and civil servant from the National People's Congress and a Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha from Basistha Rural, Basistha. Prasetia is the General-Secretary of the National People’s Congress. He is the current Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports, and Minister State in the Prime Minister’s Office in the Fourth Farhaz Hazarika ministry. He also serves as Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, and Minister of State for Religious Affairs and Minority Welfare.

Prasetia was first elected to the Lok Sabha in November 2022, by a general election as a candidate of the National People's Congress for Basistha Rural, succeeding W. Pranit Singh. Prasetia served as the Ambassador of Vishwamitra to Indonesia and Administrator of New Indischeland. He is currently a regular commissioned Lieutenant in the Royal Vishwamitran Army.

Micronational career

Vishwamitra

Prasetia started his micronational career in Vishwamitra on 5 May 2022. He was appointed as Ambassador of Vishwamitra to Indonesia that same day. On 6 May 2022, Prasetia gained Vishwamitran citizenship. On 5 May 2022, Prasetia was appointed to serve as the Vishwamitran ambassador to the Republic of Indonesia. Prasetia was nominated and appointed by Dhrubajyoti Roy as Ambassador of Vishwamitra to Indonesia, in which came to affect on 9 May 2022. Prasetia enlisted in the Armed Forces of Vishwamitra, the ceremonial and honorary military force in the State of Vishwamitra. He was accepted and assigned to serve in the Royal Vishwamitran Army and is currently ranked as Lieutenant.[1]

On 11 May 2022, Prasetia would nominate himself as a Member of the Lok Sabha representing Chandril for the upcoming by-election, he would face Rafe Burfield and Liam Alexander. Following the election results, Prasetia was placed third and last having only a 12.5% vote losing to Liam Alexander's 37.5% and Rafe Burfield's 50%.[2]

On 21 June 2022, Prasetia would nominate himself again for the House of the People representing Basistha Central. He would face of with Arthur Lacey-Scott, following the results, Prasetia would lose again, however with a 42.9% in votes.

On 17 June 2022 and 23 July 2022, Prasetia discussed with the Rashtradhyaksh about the creation of an Overseas Territory. Following this, Dhrubajyoti Roy was able to put Prasetia as Administrator of the newly established Overseas Territory of New Indischeland. He assumed office on 7 August 2022.[3] He was responsible for the defense, internal affairs, finance, expenditure, emergency, disaster management, transport, business, commerce and other affairs related to the day-to-day administration of the territory.

On 27 August 2022, Prasetia was appointed as General Secretary of the National People's Congress of Vishwamitra by Arthur Lacey-Scott. Prasetia was selected as the National People's Congress candidate for Basistha Rural on September 2022. Following the the scrutiny of the nominations of the candidates, he was one of the candidates that were declared elected unopposed to the 15th Lok Sabha, the constituency had been previously held by Lord Singh.[4] In 9 November 2022, Prasetia was appointed as Chief Whip of the Lok Sabha by the Leader of the House, Farhaz Hazarika.[5]

On 11 November 2022, he was appointed into the Council of Ministers by the Rashtradhyaksh.[6] On 12 November 2022, Prasetia was appointed as a minister in the Fourth Farhaz Hazarika ministry. He was appointed as Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Youth Affairs and Sports, Minister of State (Independent Charge) in the Prime Minister's Office, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, and Minister of State for Religious Affairs and Minority Welfare.[7] Following the resignation of Minister Tonna, Prasetia's portfolio was reallocated, Preetam Kapei succeeded Prasetia as the Minister of State (Independent Charge) in the Prime Minister's Office. He was also appointed Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Religious Affairs and Minority Welfare, whom were previous roles of Matthew Tonna prior to his resignation.[8]

As the Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, Prasetia planned to host an Online Chess Event called the Rashtradhyaksh Chess Cup, the event will be the first sporting event in Vishwamitran history.

Other micronations

Apart from his duties in Vishwamitra, Prasetia has also played roles in numerous micronations. He was elected as President of Zarkyiv from 12 March 2022 to 8 April 2022, before becoming Prime Minister on 8 April 2022, he would resign from his post on 5 July 2022. In Qardasha, he was appointed as a member of the Vizierate Council serving from 23 May 2022 onwards, in Richensland, he became Deputy Chairman of the Council of Presidential Advisors serving since 28 March 2022 and Interior Minister serving since the resignation of Aniq Sufyan's presidency. He also has former offices such in Zeprana where he used to be a member of the National Assembly of Zeprana, however following the 2022 Arcadian War of Liberation, he resigned from the office, he served from 10 May 2022 to 23 May 2022. Following the war, Prasetia was appointed as a Member of the National Assembly in Arcadia, due to unknown reasons, he later resigned from the post. On 8 May 22, Prasetia became Duke and Vice Governor of Javai, he only served for 15 days before resigning on 23 May 2022. In 24 June 2022, Prasetia became Vice President of the Republic of Todia. In 1 June 2022, Prasetia was appointed as Member of the Parliament of Baustralia. In September 2022, Prasetia gained Baustralian citizenship and was appointed as Secretary of State for Routes in the Burgardt-Morris ministry. In December 2022, he was appointed as the Secretary of State for Maintainence in the Doig ministry.
