The Special City Makanru is the capital of the Democratic Kingdom of Genoa on the Mondstadt peninsula, located next to the Central City. The city has a population of 24,522,596 people.

Although it is the capital of Genoa, the economy and trade of this country is not concentrated in the capital, but mainly in  Zeelandia. Makanru City is the third largest city in this country, after Zeelandia  and Hinomori. It is bordered by the autonomous cities of Shinshiru, Matsuwa, Makanru, Ekaruma and the autonomous city of Mondstadt is Shirinki.
