The MVFF Superleague 2018 will be the second edition of the competition and the first under its new name. The MVFF Superleague is the most prestigious club competition of the MVFF. This edition of the competition will feature 16 teams, 12 more than the last edition. The final of the competition will be played at Stadion Srbika in Serbica which has a virtual capacity of 48,000. The winner of the competition will play in the MVFF Supercup.
Association team allocation
They are currently six micronations which are eligible to enter clubs into the MVFF Superleague. Allocation is shown below:
|Micronation||Number of clubs entering Qualifying||Number of clubs entering the group stage|
|Polish Republic of Freeland||N/A||4|
In the qualifiers, the four teams will be randomly drawn and matches will be played on two-legged home-and-away ties. The Playoff Final winner will subsequently qualify for the Group Stages of the competition whilst the three playoff losers will be transferred to the MVFF Dualiga Group Stages.
The 16 teams will be drawn into four groups and they will be restrictions implemented to make sure teams from the same micronation do not draw each other.
Groups will be played in a Round Robin format with each team playing home and away. The Winners and Runner-ups of each group will qualify for the Quarter Finals. The bottom team of each group will be eliminated, and the two best third-place teams will be transferred to the quarter-finals of the MVFF Dualiga.
