Luca Deniz Demirag is the founder, only current human resident, and Interim President and Prime Minister of Universa.
Life
Luca was born sometime in this millennium. As a child he created various micronations, but none were successful. Most of them centered around their home in Connecticut, USA, with a few having divisions in houses that other members of their family lived in. In 2021, he founded Universa, expecting it to die out like the others. It did not, and he is the Interim President and Prime Minister.
Due to Luca's doubts about running a nation of stuffed animals, he decided to disband Universa and form a more realistic nation which is hoped to unify the world in the future, Apex.
Universa has been disestablished as of 1st September, 2022
