Lopen was a proposed addition to the Isles of Herbet, British Pagan Islands, if it was added, it would've become the westernmost point in the islands. Lopen was approximately 0.09 hectares. Fedora Firewood, the secretary general, discussed the approval of Lopen with Twigg Firewood, the captain of the Isles of Herbet, on 16 December 2017. This process is known as the 'Lopen agreement'.
