The Loid is the official currency of the Democratic Republic of Lu.
History
This currency was adopted at the time of the Oligarchic state of Luxe. Its value in euros has changed often. This banknote was used and was considered valid throughout the tettitory of Luxe and in all U.M.S. States.
Change
The government was already discussing the project in December 2018, while the first bunches were brought to the capital on January 2, 2019. On January 3, it was decreed to withdraw old banknotes and replace them with new ones (which are depicted in the photos.
Current Values
10 ' 000 loids correspond to 1 euro, 5000 to 50 cents, 1000 to 10 cents, 500 to 5 cents and 100 to 1 cent. Loids are convertible into euros and vice versa.
