The Consul-General of Vishwamitra in Rio de Janeiro (Hindi: रियो डी जनेरियो में विश्वामित्र के महावाणिज्य दूत, Portuguese: Cônsul Geral de Vishwamitra no Rio de Janeiro) is an officer of the Vishwamitran Ministry of External Affairs and the head of the consulate-general in Rio de Janeiro. The consul-general represents Vishwamitra in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro. The Consulate-General has its office in Rio de Janeiro. The job has the rank and status of a Consul-General and is currently Arthur Brum, 1st Duke of Damão who has been holding the position since the establishment of the mission on 29 September 2021. The official title of the head of the diplomatic mission is His Illustrious and Royal Vishwamitran Majesty's Consul-General in Rio de Janeiro.

The main responsibilities of the consul-general include being the principal representative of the Rashtradhyaksh and the Government of Vishwamitra to the city of Rio de Janeiro and also to present Vishwamitran policies to the Brazilian-citizens resident in the city and to the government, and to report the policies and views to the crown and the government, and also to inform all Vishwamitran citizens regarding all major events and news from region. The consul-general in Rio de Janeiro reports to the Vishwamitran Embassy in Santa Maria, which reports to the Ministry of External Affairs, a process in line with the majority of Vishwamitra's consulates around the world.
