The Consul-General of Vishwamitra in North Carolina (Hindi: उत्तरी केरोलिना में विश्वामित्र के महावाणिज्य दूत) is an officer of the Vishwamitran Ministry of External Affairs and the head of the consulate-general in North Carolina. The consul-general represents Vishwamitra in the state of North Carolina. The Consulate-General has its office in Laurinburg. The job has the rank and status of a Consul-General and is currently Christoph Billung, 1st Baron Billung of Laurinburg who has been holding the position since the establishment of the mission on 12 January 2021. The official title of the head of the diplomatic mission is His Illustrious and Royal Vishwamitran Majesty's Consul-General in North Carolina.

The main responsibilities of the consul-general include being the principal representative of the Rashtradhyaksh and the Government of Vishwamitra to the state of North Carolina and also to present Vishwamitran policies to the American-citizens resident in the state and to the government, and to report the policies and views to the crown and the government, and also to inform all Vishwamitran citizens regarding all major events and news from the state. The consul-general in Laurinburg, North Carolina reports to the Vishwamitran Embassy in Youngstown, Ohio, which reports to the Ministry of External Affairs, a process in line with the majority of Vishwamitra's consulates around the world.
