The Consul-General of Vishwamitra in Hong Kong (Hindi: हॉगकॉग में विश्वामित्र के महावाणिज्य दूत) is an officer of the Vishwamitran Ministry of External Affairs and the head of the royal diplomatic mission to Hong Kong. The job has the rank and status of an Consul-General and is currently Nicolas Millan, who has held the position since the establishment of the mission on 25 May 2021. The official title of the head of the diplomatic mission is His Illustrious and Royal Vishwamitran Majesty's Consul-General in Hong Kong. The consul-general's work is assisted by multiple consulates throughout the country that have visiting and reporting responsibilities, as well as consular and trade matters for the consulate-general.

The main responsibilities of the consul-general include being the principal representative of the Rashtradhyaksh and the Government of Vishwamitra to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and also to present Vishwamitran policies to the Chinese citizens in Hong Kong and to the government, and to report their policies and views to the crown and the government, and also to inform all Vishwamitran citizens regarding all major events and news from Hong Kong. The duties also include directing diplomatic activity in support of trade and for the provision of consular support to Vishwamitran citizens in Hong Kong and also observe and oversee cultural relations between the two countries. Despite the consulate-general being to a non-sovereign territory, the consulate-general directly reports to the Ministry of External Affairs.
