The Consul-General of Vishwamitra in Goulburn (Hindi: गोलबोर्न में विश्वामित्र के महावाणिज्य दूत) is an officer of the Vishwamitran Ministry of External Affairs and the head of the consulate-general in Goulburn. The consul-general represents Vishwamitra in the Australia state of New South Wales. The Consulate-General has its office in Goulburn. The job has the rank and status of a Consul-General and is currently Chris Millar who has been holding the position since the establishment of the mission on 13 December 2021. The official title of the head of the diplomatic mission is His Illustrious and Royal Vishwamitran Majesty's Consul-General in Goulburn.

The main responsibilities of the consul-general include being the principal representative of the Rashtradhyaksh and the Government of Vishwamitra to the city of Goulburn and also to present Vishwamitran policies to the Australian-citizens resident in the state of New South Wales and to the government, and to report the policies and views to the crown and the government, and also to inform all Vishwamitran citizens regarding all major events and news from the state. The consul-general in Mackay reports to the Vishwamitran Embassy in Sydney, which reports to the Ministry of External Affairs, a process in line with the majority of Vishwamitra's consulates around the world.
