The Consul-General of Vishwamitra in East India (Hindi: दक्षिण भारत में विश्वामित्र के महावाणिज्य दूत, Odia: ପୂର୍ବ ଭାରତରେ ବିଶ୍ୱାମିତ୍ରଙ୍କ କନସୁଲ୍ ଜେନେରାଲ୍ ,Bengali: পূর্ব ভারতে বিশ্বামিত্রের কনসাল-জেনারেল) is an officer of the Vishwamitran Ministry of External Affairs and the head of the consulate-general in East India. The consul-general represents Vishwamitra in the Indian states of Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, and in the union territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The Consulate-General has its office in Brahmapur.

The Vishwamitran Consulate-General in East India reports to the Vishwamitran Embassy in Guwahati, which reports to the Ministry of External Affairs, a process in line with the majority of Vishwamitra's consulates around the world. The consulate-general was established on 10 August 2022. The current consul-general is Preetam Kapei, who has held the position since the position's establishment.
