Former administrative divisions of Suverska include the territories of Natura (2014-2015) and Pelican Point (2014-2015), who were amalgamated into Foskrai and Paskrai in 2015, respectively, the Republic of East Butte (2013-2017), Federal Capital District (2014-2017), and Territory of New Ukrainia (2015-2017) who were all sold to Canada in 2017, and the Territory of Bird Island (2015-2020) and Province of Wauchope (2015-2020), whose claims were removed in the 2020 Constitution.

Suverska is divided into regions and constituencies, and it contains multiple settlements. Constituencies are used for electoral and statistical purposes, while the regions are used for essentially every other subdivisional purpose.
