The Empire of New England is a micronation founded upon New English Nationalism and Hope for the future.
History
The Civil War
New England hadn't always been a successful Republic. It was once a massive Empire ruled by an Emperor that had full control of the lands he owned. However, seeing the uprisings and clashes of Libertarians, Communists, and Valcostians, he let the nation fall into chaos on the 1st of July, abdicating as the Empire broke into several states, one of them being the Libertarian Militia. This was the birth of the new republic, as it fought its way out of the civil war.
Post-War
When the Commune of New Gilford surrendered to Libertarian forces on the 3rd of July, the war was officially over, only continuing in skirmishes on land, and on sea. They would eventually establish a constitution, along with provinces and an organised government, with its own multi-party system.
Politics and government
Legislative Branch
The Republic is split into four ministries, each having two seats in parliament, presided over by The Leader of The Lords. If any act wants to be passed, it must have a 50% approval rate in the House of the Lords.
Executive Branch
The Republic has a building called the Green House, located in New Gilford, where the Prime Minister and his Vice live in. He has the powers to create acts for the Legislative Branch, and oversees the entire military.

Military
Army
No nation is complete without an army to defend those who cannot defend themselves. The Libertarian Army has the might and will of its army to not only defend itself, but conquer all that is incapable of protecting their homeland.
Infantry
The majority of the army; conscripts that do their service to the Republic. Despite being the weaker ones, numerical superiority is their best strengths in combat, swarming like flies towards an unprepared defence system. They see most of the fighting in conflicts, especially during the ongoing New English-Valcostian War.
Elites
The Elites are the average infantry at their best; proving their commitment and sheer will to fight for the republic until the end. With that being said, they have access to the best weapons the Army can muster for them. Despite their discipline and a good amount of training, they see the least amount of experience in actual combat.
New England, willing to copy its ancestor's almighty royal fleet, has taken upon themselves to build their own republican fleet. Although small, it'll be enough to defend the republic and its dominions from invasion.
TRS Success
The TRS Success is the first ever naval vessel to be built for the navy, and is also the first ship ever made in the republic. Construction started and finished on the 7th of July, 2021, and was used as a merchant ship until firmly introduced into the navy, now having a secondary role as a transport ship. Till this day, it is the only vessel with sails and a streamer flag.
TRS WhiteClaw
The TRS WhiteClaw is the first naval vessel to be armed with naval guns and anti-air weaponry. This ironclad was constructed on the 8th of July, 2021, and is used to defend Lake Winnipesauke from Nova Valco's Pirate Militia.
TRS Miniscule
The TRS Miniscule is the smallest ship in the fleet, armed with an MG turret and anti-air weaponry. This Gunboat was constructed on the 12th of July, 2021, and assists the WhiteClaw with fending against pirate fleets, mainly known for being too small to even sink, and earns that reputation well.
TPS Cork
The TPS Cork is the longest ship ever made in the republic, measuring a total of 1m long and 25 cm wide. This Ocean Liner, the first one to bear the Civil Ensign, was constructed on the 12th of July, 2021, and became an encouraged ship to be on for tourists. On the 24th of July, 2021, The TPS Cork was hit by a torpedo and sunk off the coast of the territory of Eastlund, where it was raised and scrapped an hour later. This would be the main cause for the 1 Hour War the next day.
Air Force
An Air Force is yet to be created.
Geography and climate
The Libertarian Republic is set within the Appalachian Mountains of the east coast, the capital located near Lake Winnipesauke. Nearby is the iconic Kimball Castle.
