Mandeville, formerly known as Liberalia, is the capital of The United States of Navisland, a Micronation which claims shipwrecks across the world. It has an estimated population of 20–40, though no humans live there due to the city being underwater and having no natural resources; however, fish and corals are numerous. Interesting Facts:
Mandeville was named after the 1st Minister's favorite London 2012 Olympic Mascot. It is located between Iceland and Greenland in the North Atlantic Ocean. It's biggest city, Mandeville City, claims HMS Hood.
