History
Early Leprechian History
Leprechia was established on the 8th June 2021 by Lewis Ross, former President of Chowolia. The Leprechian Borders opened in December. In February 2022, Caglar Cafer joined Leprechia and established the Leprechian Chivitas Party, which failed to pass the Leprechian Reform Act. Later, Caglar established the Leprechian Communist Party, which was totalitarian. Another member created the Leprechian Protection Party. On February 20th, the first Presidential Election took place which saw Theo become President and Priya become Vice President. On April 19th, the Leprechian Senate passed the M.U.R.D.E.R Act and on April 27th, the Leprechian Census was sent out to the citizens.
Embassy Agreement
On May 4th, the first conflict between King Lewis and Caglar arose when the King refused to allow a British Embassy in Leprechia. Caglar threatened legal action, so an agreement was made where the King could no longer pass laws without the Senate's agreement. However, the definition of "law" was unclear, leading to abuse. The King still had the power of Royal Assent to reject laws, but despite this, Caglar proposed many bills. The King also proposed the Leprechian Language Institute Establishment Act for a new language institute.
June Elections
On May 18th, Caglar created the Equality Party and prepared for the June Presidential elections, but the King (without Caglar knowing) had started a no-confidence motion against Caglar's Leprechian citizenship on May 26th because Lewis believed that Caglar was going to overthrow him. King Lewis won the vote to oust Caglar, but Lewis notified him late on May 31st. After a conference, King Lewis allowed for a revote: If Caglar won the Presidential Elections, he would remain in Leprechia. (See Leprechian Citizenship Crisis)
However, during the Election Campaigning, there was a lot of controversy surrounding the use of propaganda by the different political parties. King did not send the file of 33 pictures of propaganda by the Equality Party, and it was debated whether this was deliberate. Caglar threatened the King with a court case unless he sent the propaganda, and after an argument, the King agreed to send it. However, an argument arose over the rights to propaganda usage. Caglar was creating a lot of propaganda but refused to give the website to the Protection Party or the King. The King found his own propaganda-making website and made four posters for the Protection Party. Caglar continued to create propaganda, but when they asked for the new batch of posters to be published, the King refused, stating that they were false and depicted Leprechia as corrupt.
The results of the election were released on June 6th, and Caglar lost the election and his citizenship. However, after an appeal, the King gave back Caglar's citizenship after proof was provided that Caglar did not want to overthrow Lewis. To protect future citizenships, Caglar established the Revolutionary Pact. However, Caglar pointed out that because he had regained his citizenship, he should be placed into the title of Vice President because he came 2nd in the elections. The King agreed for an election revote, and Caglar won the election. He became President on July 1st.
Foreign Trampoline War
Main Article: Foreign Trampoline War
The Leprechian Foreign Trampoline War was a conflict between Leprechia and the United Kingdom over a trampoline located 1.4 miles from mainland Leprechia. Caglar found a trampoline in London and attempted to annex it for Leprechia. This lead to three British troops attempting to take it back. Seven battles took place, all won by Leprechia, but the troops had to leave due to a shortage of food. The annexation of the trampoline had failed. (See Foreign Trampoline War)
Leprechian Revolution
Main Article: Leprechian Revolution
On July 1st, Caglar Cafer became the President of Leprechia, and he began a series of reforms. After the King of Leprechia v. Equality Party Court Case, King Lewis lost the right to Royal Assent. This meant that Caglar could pass laws without interferance. On July 5th, his legislative reforms saw the creation of the No-Confidence Vote Act, legalising no-confidence votes against the Leprechian Monarchy. This was necessary, because on July 6th, a no-confidence vote was launched against the King of Leprechia himself. He was voted out of the monarchy, but King Lewis rejected the vote. Following this, Caglar, in studying the Leprechian Revolutionary Pact, found a flaw in Article III which would result in the dissolution of Leprechia. As a result, on July 13th, Article III was invoked, and Leprechia was declared dissolved by Caglar. The Leprechian Population dropped from 8 to 3 following this, although Maks rejoined on the 14th in order to get the remaining citizens out.
Dissolution and Aftermath
Main Article: Dissolution of Leprechia
Following the Leprechian Revolution, Caglar launched the "Cafer Espionage Mission" which would be the final steps in order to have a dissolved Leprechia. After King Lewis declared the verdict from the King of Leprechia v. Equality Party Court Case as invalid, Caglar established the Commonwealth of Independent People (CIP) and declared war on Leprechia. The CIP developed an alliance with the Velocity Empire, which launched a new offensive against Leprechia. On the 7th of September, Leprechia fell to the Velocity Empire, and it was divided into five occupation zones. Then, on the 17th September, King Lewis dissolved Leprechia[2], but the Occupying Powers refused to let go of their Leprechian Occupation Zones. Luckily, on October 11th 2022, Caglar declared war on the Velocity Empire demanding the return of the Leprechian Occupation Zones. The zones were handed back, and Leprechia was annexed into the United Kingdom, officially ending the history of the micronation of Leprechia.
In the following months, Lewis didn't give up on Micronationalism. In August, as Leprechia was coming apart, Lewis established the Leprestani Empire (Leprestan). However, the main successor state to Leprechia was the Tsardom of Rossia, but it too would suffer from some of the same problems as Leprechia had seen.
Demographics
Throughout the entire history of Leprechia, there were a total of 8 citizens. Most citizens were of ages 13, although some were younger than this. The majority religion in Leprechia was Atheism, and the population reached its peak in the final days before the Leprechian Revolution.

Legacy
Nearly every former Leprechian Citizen saw Leprechia as a failure of a micronation, and it is the main reason why many of the former citizens hold anti-micronationalist views. Caglar, the main revolutionary who fought for the dissolution of Leprechia since its establishment continued to enforce anti-micronationalism even after Leprechia's dissolution, such as wars in the Marxist Empire, Tsardom of Bimba, and in the successor states to Leprechia (Leprestan & Rossia).
Leprechia is remembered for all of the things that it taught; the influences of political parties in shaping a state, the power of the people, and that there would always be opposition to a project. Caglar celebrates the days of the Leprechian Revolution annually on the 13th of July.
