La Boca, officially the Social Republic of La Boca is a country located in the southernmost part of South America. It comprises of 45 provinces and 673 municipalities. The capital and largest city is Quilmes, recaptured after the war against Sibermia.

Geography

Climate

La Boca comprises many different climates depending on the latitude, the location, and the geography among other factors. In most of the country, though, predominate the tropical (Köppen: Am, Af) and subtropical climate (Cfa) types. In the mountain ranges of the northwest of the country, the climate is cold and arid or semi-arid (BWk).

The capital city, Quilmes, in the centre-east region of the country, enjoys a tropical wet and dry climate (As because the "summer" is the dry season). Dry season goes from August to mid-March, with clear and consecutive very hot days, mostly reaching 35–43 °C (95–109 °F), and the short wet season starts from March (aprox. 25 March) through late July. The wet season brings more comfortable warm temperatures, with June and July being the coolest months of the year.
