LGBTQ+ rights in the Xindipist People's Commonwealth are, allegedly, some of the best in the world, with same-sex marriage being permitted. Hate speech against those within the LGBTQ+ community is illegal within Xindipist, with actions such as conversion therapy being punishable with the death penalty. In addition, those within the aforementioned community are allowed to have gender reassignment surgery, and are also allowed to legally change their gender; in addition, LGBTQ+ people are allowed to donate blood and allowed to serve within the armed forces.
