The Republic of Arkazja is a LGBTQ+ friendly micronation, with the government fully recognizing their identities and providing protections from discrimination. In addition, Arkazja is a signatory of the Augusta Accord, after ratifying the convention on 18 April 2022. Same-sex sexual activity is legal, relationships are recognised, gender identity/expression is respected, age of consent is 18.
