Kingdom of Terra Nostra

Once Terra Nostra, Taldera (TAAL-dEH-rUh), officially the Sovereign Kingdom of Taldera, is a micronation founded in the Southern United States of America and has territory in Pennsylvania, Maine, West Virgina, Oahu,HI with multiple separate houses in Florida. Operating out of Orlando,Fl, it is a Constitutional Parliamentary Monarchy made up of the privately-owned Homesteads within the United States of America whom have taken an Oath of Fealty, with the Ancestral Home of the Royal family Pueblo,Guatemala.

The Objective is to secure land outside of the Parent Nation for a permanent Relocation of the Citizens of Taldera and to receive a formal acknowledgement as a Sovereign state. The Constitution (La Doctrina Navareen) was written and enacted on 08/23/2017, after announcing it's independence to it's local authority on 09/03/2017 as the Nabe Kingdom of Navarro, reintroduced as the Kingdom of Terra Nostra with a declaration directly recorded from the King-Nabe(Nah-Beh; K'iche for First(1st)) to the US Army on 03/08/2019. Since no reply was received, the Kingdom has moved forward, as the De-Facto government in the territories of the Land-owners,their families and households that reside within. On 06/01/2020 a motion was passed to rename it "Taldera".

Currently, each territory is Semi-Autonomous that generate their own incomes, apply their own customs as well as develop specialized skills to aid in furthering the goals of it's people. The Kingdom has a Royal Cabinet called the Council of Arbitration, with the Court of Advocation located in the Main Hall of the Royal estate or hosted digitally. Unless appointed to a Hereditary Title by order of the King-Nabe or has title at the Time of Founding, a citizen is a Free-man/woman unless sworn to a Noble House, who's duty is to the Greater Good of the Kingdom. The Hereditary titles are held in perpetuity with trust from the Crown and have due authority to act at the behest of the King-Nabe to serve the Will of the People whom live within that House's Lands.

The Act of Sanguinuity was ratified on 06/01/2020 during the 1st Great Convention of the Council of Arbitration. Many Noble Houses gathered to discuss the 1st matters of state: Identity. It has codified the rights and duties of the State to it's people, with the Sovereign Representative being elected King/Queen Nabé from any individual whom has been chosen by a college of peers. As well as how the Rights of Nobles and duties held with said station. A College(Loose collective unified by an ideal) can send a grievance of their governing House to that Lord's/Lady's Paramount(an individual charged by the Royal Court to uphold the laws of the Doctrina Navareen and that the Act of Sanguinuity is honored). Should it go to court the Paramount will hold an Appellate Court with a Royal Witness to cast judgement over the matter. Once the matter is settled there, only an Inquisitorial Request can reopen the matter. Then it is turned to Council courts, which are a gathering of Major houses and Freeholders to bear witness to this test of Law. The Courts are as such: Local(House)Court<Appellate<Inquisitorial (Council)<King's/Queen's Court<Advocation Court.

The last Court hearing was held on 06/02/2020 to discuss exponging a member of the Council due to Lack of duties, a grievance brought forth by the Free peoples whom rest in their charge. Thus a form of judicial law was brought into La Doctrina Navareen on 06/01/2020 with every Head of House and Household Leaders was read the entirety of La Doctrina and signed of in a Poll 17-0 for ratification.

The only known force in the Kingdom are the Household Guards and the Order of Law and Peace. The Order of Law and Peace are sworn agents of the Crown and are a Chivalric Orders based on the Fraternities/Sororities, acting as a sworn Shields and Swords. Members of the Order are called "Lancers", with the Youth initiates being referred to as "Javelins". Currently there are only 5 members. The Household Guards are agents of the Independent Households and serve to enforce the Law of the Land, granted knighthood in service to their Governing Lord/Lady. Not every Order Member is a Household Guard but every Household Guard must take the same pledge with a Court Witness Present. A Witness can be appointed by the Lord/Lady after the Oath is taken if they were present at the swearing. The Witness must then take a Charge Letter from the Noble signed by the Knight-to-Be and update the College of Heraldry, the Royal Institution whom Governs Noble titles, duties and distribution of Arms. The College of Heraldry is currently headed by the Sovereign of the Nation, King-Nabe Jeffrey of the House of Xela'ju. Heraldic arms may be given at their Discretion or petitioned and Commissioned by the Council or a Paramount with a Royal Council Member acting as a Sponsor.
