The Council of State, also called the Officium, serves as the government. It is headed by the Messazon, who is in practice the nation's prime minister.

The Senate is the nation's sole legislative chamber.

The provincial governments have full powers of self-government, as Tarevia maintains a subsidiary organisational structure, where the central government does not intervene unless the provincial administrations cannot solve problems on their own.

Economy

Tarevia has developed an industry design of prototype collector cars that can be used in the videogame [[w:BeamNG.drive|]. The cars are usually presented at the Maria Theresa Auto Show event, held in the capital of the Province of Marenia.

Culture

Classical Influence

The culture of Tarevia is deeply influenced by the values of Ancient Greece and Rome, historical references for the nation, which aspires to be a continuation of both civilizations in the present time.

For this reason, the law mandatorily establishes that citizens must choose names and surnames of classical Greek or Roman origin, in official use in all areas.

Literature and National Heritage

The Bibliotheca Tarevianus, created on 2 May 2022 at the proposal of the praetor of the Province of Anvurna, Gnaeus Aelius Scaurus, is the institution that safeguards the literary works, essays and popularization created by citizens of Tarevia and thus incorporated into the National Heritage.

The Georgios Gemistos Institute and the Academy of Ardamia are the official centers of research, education and dissemination in Tarevia, organized through departments for specific subjects such as Philosophy, History, Economics or Health.

Religion

The two major religions among the citizens of Tarevia are Orthodox Christianity, organized through the Orthodox Autocephalous Church of Tarevia, and the polytheism of Greek and Roman pagan reconstructionism, organized through the Collegium Pontificum Tareviorum.
