The Kingdom of New Pennyfields, Commonly referred to as New Pennyfields, is a semi-independent state that has declared independence and is viewed by out side viewers as a micronation. It claims land in the Central-West of Great Britain, surrounded by the counties of Cheshire and Staffordshire, and has a capital based in the City of Ludum that is entirely surrounded by Kidsgrove, the United Kingdom. It is governed as one by representatives from individual areas in a semi-dictatorship government with a lower and upper house. Although some areas are not under direct control from the government, these are called colonies.
It is regarded as a small micronation with promise and a little substance but not a major diplomatic power.
Founding
The Kingdom of New Pennyfields was founded on 20 May 2015 by The 1st Independent Governor and King Alex I, succeeded in unifying the Kingdom of New Pennyfields.

Basis of Nation
The nation is based on the idea that the central west of the UK should be independent and free from the ruling elite in London, who are accused by New Pennyfields' leaders of caring little for the peoples of Wales, Scotland and even most of England. Anyone, though, is allowed to be a citizen, and New Pennyfields is open to a relationship with any nation macro or micro who will accept them as a part of the international community.
Pennyfieldian Lira
New Pennyfields also claims territory on the simulated planet of Lira. The territory borders that of Vyktory and is part of a small island at the south of the planet. It is rich in game and forest but lacks most natural resources. The King rules it directly without either the High Cabinet or Duke.
Geography and Climate
New Pennyfields' territory differs vastly between the north and south with the former being very urbanized but near the high Pennine Mountains while the later is more rural but lacks large relief.
The climate is temperate with mild summers and winters. It has 4 seasons following in a pattern of Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. There is a large amount of precipitation and the sky is often overcast. Temperatures range between -3 and 22 degrees celsius at the most extreme times of the year. There is minor flooding but a natural disaster has never been recorded or predicted. Wind speed is never high.
Culture
New Pennyfields culture is a branch British/Germanic culture, with slight influences from Roman culture.
Sports
4 Major sports exist in the country with the official national sport being Trampolining, while Association Football is the most popular followed by Rugby Football and Hockey that are equally as popular. The Nation has few official sports association but development of some is high on the King's plans.]].

Religion
There is no main religion in New Pennyfields and the King and Government is officially atheist but all religions are welcome and accepted.

Language
The official state language is Old High Gallifreyan but only 1 person in the population speaks it so they must translate all government documents. It is completely unrelated in its alphabet but use similar phonic patterns to Germanic languages.All the population speak English as a first or second language while Dutch, Hindi and German is spoken as a first language by some and German is a 2nd language for most of the population.
Due to the lack of knowledge of OHG a new conlang is being developed by the ministry of culture.

Mancunia passed a law on the 13 August 2014 allowing there to be official state sanctioned symbols. So far they are:

Finance
The Government Finances are organized by its High Cabinet Member while money is printed by New Pennyfields National Bank which prints the Pennyfieldian Lira which is worth about 33p in GBP. The Pound is legal tender but the Lira is more commonly used and comes in denominations of 5 cent, 10 cent, 20 cent, 50 cent, 1 Lira, 2 Lira, 5 Lira, 10 Lira, 50 Lira, 100 Lira, 200 Lira, 500 Lira, 1000 Lira. Although most trading is done online. The Monetary system is decimalized. The Economy is mainly based on firearms and textiles production. Making it very resource and export reliant.
Other Services
The Government also provides media, welfare, policing, fire service, postal and health services as well as scholarships to the state-owned New Pennyfields University of Science, Law and Humanities.
Royal Family
The Head of State is the the King/Queen. The King/Queen is decided every time the predecessor abdicates or dies and is the 1st born living descendent of the King/Queen and if there are no direct descendant the eldest sibling becomes King/Queen but if they are dead and have descendants then the eldest descendent becomes King/Queen. This continues until there is no more siblings or an heir. If there is still no heir any descendants of the dead/abdicated Duke/Duchess's parent who held the title before them's siblings may becomeKing/Queen. This process continues's till there is an heir.
Certain things ban you from becoming King/Queen: 1. Being convicted of a felony in New Pennyfields or the United Kingdom. 2. Being an enemy of the state. 3. Being illegitimate.

The royal family has there own Imperial flag which is flown along side the national flag at any event with a royal family member present or if it sponsored/supported by the King or Government.
Honours
The following medals and orders can be given to those in the reserves or standing army or given honorarily to those who have been seem fit to hold them by the King of New Pennyfields.
Order of the Canal: Given for contribution to safety or protecting others on or underneath bodies of water.
Order of the Birds: Given for contribution to safety or protecting others in the skies.
Order of the Guardian: Given for contribution to safety or protecting others in or under the ground.
Order of the Merchant: For contribution to New Pennyfieldian trade.
Order of the Competitor: For contribution to New Pennyfieldian sport.
Order of the Bunker: For contribution to protecting those in need.
Order of the Speaker: For contributing to New Pennyfieldian daily life or culture.
The Medal of Sacrifice: For losing ones life in the name of New Pennyfields or trying to save New Pennyfieldian life.
The Medal of the Rising Sun: For selflessly risking ones life for the need of others without any reward.
All those who receive honours 1 to 7 shall be known as Holder of the Highest Order (HHO) and those who receive honours 8 and 9 shall be known as Holder of the Highest Medal (HHM).
Those who the King sees has achieved great things may receive the title of Knight of the Grand Oak or Lord of the city of Ludum depending on the scale of their achievements. They shall be known as Sir if male and Dame if female or Lord if male and Lady if female.
Demographics
The populations is currently 66% British, 16% German, 16% Indian
With most citizens on medium to high income and all citizens educated at secondary school level.
The nation is 50% Atheist and 16% Protestant 33% Curryist
Law and Order
The New Pennyfieldian penal code is enforced by the Government who arrest and investigate suspects using the security branch of the army.
All citizens have the right to free and fair trials and as such an independent judge chosen by the High Cabinet ,who cannot be fired unless there is a vote by the population to avoid corruption, decides the outcome of trials and the punishments if any for the convicted. All citizens are assigned a lawyer if they cannot afford one themselves.
If imprisonment is required the criminal is placed under house arrest for the duration of his sentence.
If violence is needed the person doing it most be a licenced member of the security branch of the army.
