Kingdom of Hepburn

The Kingdom of Hepburn is a micro nation that was founded in June 2014 by a group for people with the common vision of a country with fair principles to the people, stressing the importance of caring for the environment and the betterment of society by eradicating hunger, homelessness and disease. This group is known as the Hepburians, whom it's members make up the kingdom's Monarchy.
History
Beginnings
Founding
On June 1, 2014, a woman with the alias of Angela Könstantin, among with a few other eccentric friends of hers, founded the Republic of Hepburn as she felt that she needed a place to practice her beliefs safely. Living in Puerto Rico, she believed that many people around her were conservative to their ideals and did not understand the changing society at the time and felt like as if she needed a place where she and her friends could be one.
The following night, on June 2, 2014, Angela and her friends began to hike up a hill near their home village in Puerto Rico and decided to claim the hill once when they had reached the summit. The group decided to call the newly claimed hill Nuevo Mäyaguez, and therefore the Kingdom of Hepburn had officially begun to exist.
