Caesaria’s system of government is a Constitutional Monarchy created on July 12, 2020.

Caesaria’s leadership resides in His Royal majesty Michael I of Caesaria, and the fifteen ministries of parliament of which Each council controls one of many functions assigned to it.

The current Ruling house of Caesaria is the House of Desravines, A Haitian-French born family whom established the country of Caesaria and ratified it’s governing systems. The current Monarch is His Royal Majesty, Michael I of Caesaria, previously known as King, Matthew I of Caesaria, His Majesty Changed his name to Michael in honor of the Archangel Saint Michael, whom stands as the Patron saint of Caesaria and the Roman Catholic Church of Caesaria.

Governmental Structure

Caesaria is A constitutional Monarchy consisting of a parliament. The parliament consists of 15 ministries, and each ministry is assigned to a specific department and priority, For example The Caesarian Ministry of Labor will take care of all matters surrounding and including national Labor, and be lead by the Minister of Labor who also sits in The Ministry of State, and The Caesarian royal council. The lower House of Parliament is the Caesarian House, the House consists of the three different houses which are, The House of Communal, The House of Royals, and The House of Lords. The house of Communal consists of the Democratically elected representatives of the People of Caesaria , The house of Royals consists of Thirty two members who will be of the Ruling Monarch's choosing and will be of representation the Monarchs interests, And the House of Lords shall consist of The Nobility of Caesaria. When a Bill has been drafted by one of these three houses, they are to present before the entire house, and the entire house shall vote. If the drafted bill bares enough yeas it shall be carried forward to the house of Ministries.

If enough Yeas are given to a bill, The bill will pass forward to the Ministry of which it is best categorized, within the The Caesarian House of Ministries. The Ministry of which it was passed onto will review the bill with great detail and make a vote, if a vote cannot be made or bares too many nays, the Bill will be returned to the House to be reviewed and Revised. If the bill does pass, it will then be brought before all 15 ministries, and voted on, If Given too many Nay's it will return back the House, and if passed the Elected Prime Minister will Carry the Bill to the Royal Council where it will be discussed, Reviewed, and then voted on, with the elected ministers of state, and the Ruling monarch, if the Bill is vetoed it will be sent back to the House with note of why it was objected, but if there is a Unanimous secondary vote, the Royal council is deducted of this power, and only the Ruling Monarch May veto, but such a choice would be highly advised against.

After The Caesarian Royal Council has voted, the Final bill will be brought before the Ruling monarch who may Choose to Veto or Ratify the Final Bill into law.
