Buadev officially the Kingdom of Buadev, is an island nation. claiming Two Hummock Island in Antartica The capital, Stanimir, is located on the south west side of the island. It is part of the Palmer Archipelago in the Antarctic Peninsula the highest point is Modev Peak, a mostly ice-covered peak rising to 670 m The population was 45 at the 2018 census.
Adrien de Gerlache, leader of the Belgian Antarctic Expedition (1897–1899), discovered the archipelago in 1898. He named it Archipelago Palmer for American Captain Nathaniel Palmer, who navigated these waters in 1820 The island was originally claimed by Derskovia and later annexed by Pavlov, from 2016 until 2017. Buadev was a republic for a short time until the Royalist Revolution happend turning the nation into the current Principality

Etymology
The name Buadev comes from the two peaks on the island. Buache and Modev The Modev peak is named after Stanimir Modev, mechanic at St. Kliment Ohridski base in 2002/03 and subsequent seasons. Buache is named after the French cartographer Philippe Buache (1700-1773) who published maps of the south polar region in 1739 and 1754. Informally the name Modevia is also used
History
Libertown
In 2013 the Republic of Derskovia claimed Two Hunnock and established the Territory of Libertown The Territory was formed on April 4, and was named after the Liberation of Europe. It had a seat in the Derskovian Senate Libertown was administered by the Derskovian State directly. A Commissioner is appointed to lead the daily government
The Territory had a full suite of laws, and legal and postal administrations

Principality of Buadev
The name Principality of Buadev is used in literature to describe the attempt to create an autonomous vassal state under the protection of Pavlov in begin 2014, the principality The attempt was not successful due the AMU's claim rules and no such principality ever existed
The Isles
In late 2016, Pavlov rapidly expanded following the peaceful annexations of Hasanistan Carpathia, Akebar, the Principality of the Qërimoğulları and other regions. One of them was the Palmer Archipelago. In a shock announcement made this morning by His Serene Highness Sovereign Prince Deniz I to the members of the Crown Council, His Serene Highness has declared that the Principality of Pavlov will be dissolved and that all its provinces shall be able to decide their own future

Wildlife
Penguin species found on Buadev, include the chinstrap penguin, emperor penguin, gentoo penguin and the Adelie penguin. Petermann Island is the world's southernmost colony of gentoo penguins. The exposed rocks on the island is one of many locations on Buadev that provides a good habitat for rookeries. The penguins return each year and may reach populations of more than ten thousand. Of these the most common on the Antarctic Peninsula are the chinstrap and gentoo, with the only breeding colony of emperor penguins in West Antarctica an isolated population on the Dion Islands, in Marguerite Bay on the west coast of the peninsula. Most emperor penguins breed in East Antarctica.

Buadev is a secular state, but the state recognises certain religions as officially mandated religions. This gives the state a hand in religious administration and appointment of clergy, in exchange for which the state pays certain running costs and wages. Currently, religions covered by such arrangements are Roman Catholicism, Judaism, Hnduism, Protstantism, Buddism, Lutheranism, Mennonitism and Islam.

Buadev along with Sark is one of the last fedual states in the world through the Buadevian Constitution of 2018 The head of state is the King, who is from the House of Wietmarschen. The House of Wietmarschen is the highest authority in the nation The government can be removed from office by a royal decree

Buadev is divided into 4 duchies and 2 countries. The duchies are semi independent and have their own laws and local monarchies. The duchies are also known as substates. Countries are directly controlled by the prince and has no autonomy whatsoever.
Buadev also claims Courtney Peak. but its not seen as an integrital part of Buadev

Buadev has no formal military. Altough a small militia known as the Royal Buadevian Guards exist. Each Duchy has their own army. The biggest of them is the Royal Buachean Army and the His Highness'es Armed Forces
